My name is Faran, and I am a real estate broker with two decades of experience. I began my career with Keller Williams. In 2004, I was honored with the Rookie of the Year award, and in 2005, I achieved the status of a top 3% producer among the company’s 160 agents.
I earned the Masters Award in 2004 (sales ranging from $7,750,000 to $15,749,999) and the Grand Masters Award in 2005 (sales ranging from $15,750,000 to $38,999,999). In 2006, I opened a franchise office of Windermere in Pleasanton with over twenty agents working under my license. I also received the Alameda County Grand Masters Award in 2006 and the Master's Award in 2007 and 2008. I accomplished the Grand Masters Award again in 2015. By then, I was recognized as one of the top 20 real estate agents in Alameda County. In 2018, I received the Bay East Association Pinnacle Achievement Award, the highest award, for selling over 30 million in listings, which included 35 listing transactions. This award is granted for achieving 50+ transactions or $36,000,000+ in sales.
I earned the Pinnacle Award once more in 2019 for 15 transactions. What continually inspires me is helping people through the changes in their lives and being a part of their transition from one home to another. I strive to create a unique experience for my clients based on their wants and needs, and this is the driving force behind my business. On a personal note, with my family now grown and out of the home, my husband and I relocated to Orange County to begin the next chapter of our lives. We now reside in San Clemente with our two dogs, Tessie and Hope. I have a passion for reading poetry, with Rumi being my favorite poet. One of his poems encapsulates my motto: “You are not meant for crawling; You have wings. Learn to use them and fly.”
