My name is Nick Frankel. I joined @properties in June of 2019. I'm a Chicago-born native who grew up on the North Shore. I currently live in Logan Square where I ride my bike on the 606 and spend as much time as I can grilling outdoors during our precious summer months.
I attended college in New York City at Columbia University, where I majored in Marketing and minored in Comparative Literature (a LOT of reading). I worked in Manhattan in PR and Media for 5 years before moving back to Chicago in the Spring of 2017. Since moving back, I have lived in Ravenswood and Logan Square.
In addition to my work with @properties, I am a member of Nextdor, a nationwide community of Jewish entrepreneurs founded in Israel. I also build websites and founded a company called Let's Play Games LLC which brings board game parties into bars, cafes, and restaurants.
My passion is people. I enjoy meeting them, getting to know their interests, and finding ways to help them thrive. Throughout my career, my favorite moments have the ones where I found ways to help people succeed, whether in business or personally. I'm excited to work with @properties in that capacity, helping people succeed in finding the right home!
