LPI’s members have, by-far, stepped up to the plate, providing one another support, conducting live showings on social media and taking extensive measures to ensure their clients’ and personal safety for any necessary real estate activities.
Notably, significant sales have still taken place – Michael Saunders & Company recently made a record-breaking sale in Venice, Florida. Premier Estate Properties recently announced a $6.5 million sale, also in Florida.
Incredibly, members Bluebird Real Estate, McEnearney Associates, Inc. and Beverly-Hanks & Associates have gotten especially creative in their marketing efforts and their community involvement, so much so that it inspired us to share these fantastic stories with you. Beverly-Hanks & Associates: Supporting Local
Beverly-Hanks of Asheville, North Carolina chose to uplift its local community of Biltmore Park by purchasing gift cards from a number of restaurants, and then gifting them to Beverly-Hanks’ employees. It’s a touching effort that acts to support both those within its own organization and neigboring small businesses. The hashtag #BHGIVESBIG chronicles the company’s history of charitable efforts, dating back to before the current climate. Bravo to Beverly-Hanks for always inspiring the good!
McEnearney Associates, Inc.: Virtual Scavenger Hunt
McEnearney Associates of Alexandria, Virginia provided a welcome distraction by creating an interactive game to play on social media. The brokerage facilitated an ongoing virtual scavenger hunt over a couple weeks, encouraging followers to comment a photo of themselves in a themed location. Each photo submitted would then result in an entry for the company’s drawing to win a free swag bag. The fun contest is truly a unique way to keep followers engaged and resulted in great participation on their Facebook account.
Bluebird Real Estate
Bluebird Real Estate, located in travel destination Crested Butte, Colorado, was unfortunately hit a little early by the current pandemic. On the hand, the community then recovered earlier than other regions. Bluebird created an inspirational video, reminding everyone that there’s a light at the end of the tunnel by proclaiming that “Together, We Are Coming Back To Life.” Along with the video, the company sent out an email explaining that the community worked together to recover and that Bluebird’s Charitable Fund would support local businesses and individuals in this time of need.
