Chef RJ Dela Merced collaborates with the resort’s nutritionist Navil Lorenzana on crafting a dining menu centered around nutrient-rich, sustainably grown produce. South America: Tangará Jean-Georges, Brazil

A two-time recipient of Michelin’s one-star distinction and located in hotel Palácio Tangará in São Paulo, Brazil, Tangará Jean-Georges sources its fresh ingredients from Brazil’s fertile land.
