Susan Antonio is a licensed real estate salesperson who works out of the Howard Hanna-Coach Realtors’ Mount Sinai branch office. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Susan gained banking experience in Manhattan, before coming to Long Island.
Her most recent pre-real estate business experience includes a successful career selling in-water dockage and long-term boat rentals at a North Fork marina.  She became adept at the software system and served as a liaison between multiple departments to ensure safe and positive experiences for all her clientele. Prior to that, Susan worked in the Three Village Central School District with special needs students and as an administrator for the non-profit organization, The Down Syndrome Advocacy Foundation where she put her empathy, patience, and love of helping to good use!
Susan’s first taste for real estate started many years ago by buying and then selling a condo to move to Long Island. Purchasing her first residential home in Stony Brook’s M section, Susan guided her twin children through the Three Village School District. Once the kids were grown and left the nest, she moved to a 55+ community. Susan also helped her daughter buy her own home in East Setauket. Susan enjoys being able to listen to her customers and clients and working to help them achieve their goals. Susan is an easy-going agent who is genuine, collaborative, and enthusiastic! Her prime goal is to make her customers and clients happy and help them reach their goals with minimal stress, creating a fun and positive experience.
In her private time, Susan and her whole family enjoy everything the area has to offer. Her home away from home is the beautiful North Fork where they spend time boating, fishing, and everything that comes with the beach lifestyle. If you love Long Island and all it has to offer, Susan can help you find your perfect home. Sellers w...
