Maribeth Quinn joined Coach Realtors in Garden City in 2009. Maribeth ‘Beatty’ Quinn is the youngest of five children, all born and raised in Garden City. That bond to the village is what compelled her to raise her own family so that they too can share in the unique experience that Garden City has to offer. Upon graduation from Fordham University Maribeth became a Municipal Bond research assistant for the J.J. Kenny division of The McGraw-Hill Companies. Her eagerness earned her an early promotion to manager of the secondary market research group overseeing a team of about 25 employees. While still at McGraw-Hill, Maribeth was recognized for her strong ability to management skills and was promoted to Senior Analyst for special projects at Standard & Poor’s. In this role, she was also a member of the President Committee for special projects then chaired by the CEO of Standard & Poor’s. After a successful period at McGraw-Hill Maribeth chose to challenge herself once again and joined the Salvatore Ferragamo Group as an associate buyer for the retail market. Her primary responsibility was overseeing the coordination of the grand opening of new store locations and staff training as part of Ferragamo’s then North American expansion effort. Having spent several rewarding years with Ferragamo and living in New York, Maribeth and her husband decided to return to Garden City to raise their four children. Never one to sit idly by, Maribeth saw an excellent opportunity to leverage the professional skills she had acquired and her local knowledge and was proud to join the team at Coach Realtors. Maribeth believes her success as a real estate agent at Howard Hanna-Coach Realtors is a direct result of her career experience and knowledge of the market. Her approach with clients is always consistent and straightforward just as she is with her family, friends, and neighbors.
