Heather Malone
Long Island-born and raised Heather Malone is a licensed associate broker and a licensed attorney. While working towards her undergraduate degree from St. John’s University in Government and Politics, Heather worked as a White House intern in 2007. During the time Heather spent in the White House, she honed her listening skills, to truly understand and communicate constituent concerns for the best possible resolution. Listening with the intent to resolve, as opposed to listening with the intent to respond, is one of the most critical skills necessary in a great real estate agent.
While attending both St. John’s and later, Long Island’s Touro Law Center where she received her law degree, Heather received extensive experience working in a private real estate office in Babylon and has broad sales and marketing knowledge. An outstanding student, she excelled in courses related to mediation and negotiation, falling in love with the art of negotiation. Before joining Howard Hanna-Coach Realtors, Heather worked with clients in the Hamptons Luxury Market. In addition to experience, Heather’s previous employment and education have provided her with a strong work ethic. She is dedicated to you and your individual needs and will tenaciously represent them.
Heather is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and its Real Property Law Section and is a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR). When she isn’t busy with her work, this Long Island native spends many of her days out on the water and beach with family and friends. She truly loves all that Long Island has to offer. Reach out and give her a call for assistance with purchasing or selling a property, today!
