Amy Reyer has been a licensed real estate agent since 1997. Amy first became interested in real estate as a college student trying to find an apartment. With studies completed and a family to start, Amy decided to plant roots in the town where she was born and raised, Hewlett! Turns out, searching for a house was even more compelling than finding an apartment and the little brokerage she used at the time convinced Amy to sign on. Ever since then, Amy has been a loyal, attentive agent who helps her customers and clients to avoid any types of potential pitfalls before they become problems! One expensive bay-front sale Amy had flooded due to a barrage of storms. The owners didn't live there, but Amy made herself available to contractors to open and lock up each time they needed to be there. Her swift action saved the deal. Never afraid to go the extra mile to save a transaction, Amy has shoveled snow from clients’ walks while they snowbird, walked their dogs, and straightened things up from their floors. You are in good hands when you work with Amy!
Prior to working in real estate, Amy handled advertising in the television industry. She had to know the product that would be airing, and negotiate pricing and contract terms for airing the product. Later, while starting her family, Amy took a job in a retail clothing shop. Amy will tell you that her takeaway marketing lesson from those jobs, that she uses to this day is, “If you know your product and listen to your buyer it can often be a win-win for all.”
Amy holds first-hand knowledge and experience gained from years of working and living in Hewlett, Long Beach, and many nearby neighborhoods. Amy is skilled with the advanced technical tools that Howard Hanna-Coach Realtors offers, as well as our in-house mortgage, title, and relocation departments to ensure your transaction flow faster and smoother!
