Trudy Pereira has made her home in Water Mill for over 20 years. Together with her Portuguese husband, she has raised two sons in the community. Born and raised in Austria on a working farm, she brings a strong work ethic, combined with absolute integrity and honesty, to every project she undertakes. She is fluent in English and German, and has a good working knowledge of Spanish. Her European background, frequent visits to Europe, and her language skills have prepared her well for working with an international clientele. Her family business in real estate and construction, in partnership with her husband, has provided her with extensive experience on all sides of the aisle when it comes to real estate. She has bought and sold real estate for over 20 years, worked as a landlord, managed the financial and accounting aspects of the business, and advised on construction projects.
