Purchasing or selling a home should be an enjoyable and rewarding experience and Rudi sees it as his mission to make it that and more. His clients and customers are greatly supported with in-depth market knowledge, pricing trends and investment value, which are as important as the emotional aspect of any transaction. Rudis first exposure to the real estate business was assisting his father at his boutique downtown brokerage firm. He says, The greatest piece of advice he gave me was that no matter what field you are in, it is imperative to establish and maintain an honest, trustworthy and ethical reputation in your dealings. And to remember that your interests lie solely with your client, not yourself. I have successfully managed to heed his advice and provide my clientele with nothing short of utmost service, trustworthiness, professionalism and results. Today, Rudi is delighted to be working with his father, Siim Hanja, at Brown Harris Stevens. A graduate of Boston University, Rudi has a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Statistics. Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens, he worked at another major New York City real estate firm. Rudi also gained valuable knowledge working onsite with the sales and marketing team at 120 Greenwich Street, a condo conversion in the Financial District, where he performed the duties of an exclusive broker and participated in the final 30% of sales in the building. Outside of work, Rudi loves exploring everything that is New York City. A former gymnastic competitor for 10 years, he takes pleasure in doing any kind of athletic activity as well reading, traveling and enjoys cooking and experimenting in the kitchen when he has the time.
