Paolo Valois-Lopes is truly a Citoyen du Monde/Citizen of the World! While he grew up--and studied--in cities all over the globe, he has called New York City home for over two decades. Not only has he sold properties throughout the City, he actually has lived in many of these same neighborhoods from the Upper East and Westside to SoHo and now Greenwich Village. Groomed for a career in the Diplomatic Service, Paolo speaks English, French and Portuguese fluently. After earning a BA in Economics he completed Post-Grad studies in History of Art and International Relations and pursued a PhD in the latter. His prior professional background working in the Arts, Fashion, Public Relations/Events Planning taught him the skills necessary to shine in a service business: the ability to listen and build long term relationships and trust, as well as the necessity of strong follow-through. Paolo is an avid reader and loves the arts, from visiting museums and art galleries on a regular basis to opera and European cinema. His favorite places--besides NYC--include Montauk and Southampton, as well as beaches in Portugal and France. Paolo is a Volunteer at The New York Blood Center, LiveOnNY and the Bedford Barrow Commerce Block Association.
