From staging homes to staging Tony-winning Broadway productions, Marsi Gardiner's rich breadth of expertise and connections throughout New York City have consistently worked to the benefit of her clients. Marsi has been with Brown Harris Stevens for over a decade. For Marsi, relationships are the foundation of her work, and her desire to help others is what brought her to real estate. Marsi's passion for the arts has led her to win multiple Tony Awards as a Producer for Jersey Boys, Memphis, and Dear Evan Hansen. Among her recent productions is Girl from the North Country. She regularly helps prominent members of the NYC theatre community buy and sell real estate throughout the city. A mother of three, Marsi has owned a home in Manhattan for over 40 years, and she began living in the city full-time in 2012. An avid philanthropist, she is an active member of Broadway Cares Equity Fights Aids. She is also a dedicated supporter of the PATH fund, an arts education nonprofit, and the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center's Visible Ink Programa theatre and writing program for patients and their families. When she is not working with clients and helping launch new productions, Marsi enjoys spending time with her husband and family, playing Canasta with friends, meeting with her book club, and biking along the Jersey Shore.
