For Lisa Gaytan, "home" is more than just an idea; it is the place to nurture, grow, and realize dreams. As a child Lisa moved often, landing in New York City 35 years ago. She quickly realized her desire to establish roots and build her life in this big, beautiful, vibrant city. Lisa ignited her passion for real estate, first buying a SoHo loft, then buying and renovating a Brooklyn brownstone. Now, Lisa extends that same passion to you as a buyer, seller, or renter, helping you to realize your own dreams through her dedication, diligence, and care. Having navigated a successful career in telecommunications, Lisa honed her negotiating and problem-solving skills in the competitive corporate world. She also learned that the key to success is active listening, attention to detail, and a keen focus on ensuring positive outcomes for her customers. As a co-op owner, Lisa served as the Board President for five years. Upon moving to Brooklyn, she gained extensive experience in managing the restoration of a landmark townhouse, cultivating deep relationships with contractors, architects, and tradespeople along the way. Lisa is an active member of the Prospect Park Alliance, Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, and BAM. She is an avid knitter and yarn maker, involved in the fiber arts, and loves giving her creations to friends and family. Lisas favorite activity is attending concerts and live performances, in Brooklyn and beyond. Most people on her block know Lisa because she is found strolling and greeting neighbors with her beloved Basset Hound, Casey. Please say hello! Lisa is informative, communicative, supportive, and friendly! She was easy to work with, very responsive, and willing to go to the extra mile to get the process done on my tight timeline. -Anne W., Boerum Hill Coop Buyer Warm, responsive, and fast, Lisa went above and beyond for us. It felt like she was searching for a home for her own family, and she was so careful to find us our dream home. -Mikhaela
