Kathleen began her real estate career at M. J. Raynes, Inc., a major multi-service real estate firm that converted several rental buildings in the Bing & Bing and McArthur portfolio to cooperatives and condominiums. She joined Halstead Property LLC in 1996 and quickly rose to an award winning top producer before moving to Brown Harris Stevens in 2010. Kathleen has lived on the Upper West Side with her husband and children since 1987.
