She has represented buyers and sellers of luxury co-operative and condominium apartments as well as high end townhouses on the Upper East Side, Upper West Side and downtown, including sales at record prices. Her achievements have been recognized with several awards; in 2011, The Deal of The Year Award from The Real Estate Board of New York, in 2009 she received the Brown Harris Stevens award for The Biggest Rental Deal of the Year and in 2008 the Brown Harris Stevens Biggest New Development Deal of the Year award. Felises results-oriented reputation is a result of her roster of closed sales, hard work and keen negotiation skills. Her knowledge and experience spans the entire city. She and her husband raised their six children in Manhattan. In addition her husband Hilly was born and raised on the Upper West Side. The familys history in Manhattan dates back to the early 1880s.
