David began his career in real estate 1987, working in finance and commercial leasing for Olympia and York, the largest NYC developer at the time. In 1998, he was part of the team that sold the Woolworth Building. For eleven years he was the Director of Sales and an executive for The Clarett Group, one of the city's largest residential developers. In those eleven years he sold over a billion dollars of residential real estate and leased more than one thousand apartments. During that time, he managed the leasing of The Montrose, Post Luminaria, Post Toscana and the Brooklyner, and was responsible for sales at 272 West 107th Street, Place 57, Chelsea House, Sky House, Forte, and 200 West End Avenue. During the course of his career he was also involved in more than $1 billion in investment sales including such notable addresses as: 320 Park Avenue, 175 Water Street, 99 John Street, 233 Broadway, 308 East 38th Street, 385 First Avenue, 389 East 89th Street, and 111 Lawrence Street.
