Christian Emanuel is a Licensed Salesperson and a nine-year veteran of real estate sales. He is passionate about architectural history and the ways in which the citys development over time affects how we build, buy, sell, and live today. From building technology and zoning to social and political history, and from architectural styles to neighborhood identity, Christian has a unique and robust knowledge of New Yorks built environment.
