After living in rural Eastern North Carolina working as a farmer my father had an opportunity to live his dream of commercial landscaping where he was then contracted for 3 years of work in Carteret County, NC. At the age of 11 (the summer before my 6th grade year) my family packed up our belongings and set our sights on coastal living. It was an amazing way to extend my childhood with my feet in the sand, my face toward the sun, exploring the marsh lands and swimming in the waters. After Highschool, I left coastal life to give mountain living a go for 25 years. I attended Appalachian State, explored out west and finally ended up planting roots in Asheville, NC. This is where my children were born, I studied for my real estate license and found a home with Mills Coin & Co. However, after being away for 25 years the salt air, pelicans and live oak trees were whispering for me to find my way back. Returning to the Crystal Coast to raise my children and share in this salty experience has been the best decision. As for my career, I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2016. For the past 7 of those 8 years I have successfully managed the Mills Coin & Co. in Asheville, NC by offering sales assistance, coordination for listings, buyer support, contract paperwork, transaction coordinating, developer relations, client follow ups, copywriting, and anything in between. As a team, we have listed, represented and sold multiple new construction condo developments in Downtown and Urban Asheville. After all of that we still manage to have fun. In addition, four of those seven years I have been representing buyers and sellers in Carteret County, NC.
