Born and raised in the Palm Beaches, I grew up in the suburban West Palm Beach hamlet known as the Town of Golfview. I graduated from Twin Lakes High School (old P.B. High) and the University of Florida ( Go Gators). I am an SOB - which in real estate parlance means: son of a Broker. Both my mother and grandfather were in the real estate world/industry. I have been in real estate since 1985 - first licensed in Florida, then Georgia and North Carolina.I have been coming to the western NC mountains since I was "knee-high to a grasshopper". My grandparents instilled in me the love of the mountains since they had a summer cabin outside of Highlands on the Franklin Road (US64) and I kept coming back every year. Needless to say, that sleepy little area has changed just a bit. Helen's Barn and the putt putt are long gone! My wife and I met in Lake Toxaway and were married there in 1987. So, like the John Muir quote: "The Mountains are calling and I must go!" - Why? Because we love it here! After 20 years out in the Lake Chatuge area (Hayesville, NC - Hiawassee, GA). we relocated to Hendersonville and Blacksmith Run in 2020. And we love it here!I truly believe that this business is a profession and I strive to create relationships that last a lifetime. Just last year, I had the pleasure of serving the 3rd Generation (grand-daughter) of a Florida Client. I really never thought about it until we were leaving the closing...How blessed am I to have that kind of trust from one family! Anyone can send out a list of available homes, open doors and give buyers a tour of homes and "attempt" to sell real estate. However, It's the time spent researching, knowledge shared and expertise given, along with superior service, that define a real professional. Please let me, How can I HELP YOU?
