On the farm, she learned hard work and developed her exemplary work ethic. "My Dad often said, 'Don't waste daylight.' which means you focus on being productive, Debbie says. A graduate of Texas State University, Debbie says she's thankful her father taught her grit and a "no excuses" way of living. Before taking the leap into real estate, Debbie had a 20+ year career in human resource management, where she developed her excellent communication and organizational skills. Wanting something new, she made a career change into real estate over five years ago, and came in at $30 million in sales in 2022. Debbie also earned recognition as a "Top 100 Agent" for the past four years in a row out of over 3,500 licensed agents in the area. She is also one of the Top 10 performing agents in her firm of approximately 500 agents. "For every new client, I consider: 'What is the most positive experience I can give them?' Debbie puts her clients first and finds great fulfillment in exceeding their expectations. She loves meeting new people every week and now views her clients as an enormous group of friends.
