Sheila and Todd chose to make North Carolina and the Lake Norman Region their forever destination and home in 1995. We share a commitment to each other, as well as to our family, friends, community and faith. From our first moments together we loved to explore the cities we lived in (Winston-Salem, Baltimore/Washington, Charlotte, Atlanta, Huntersville, Statesville, not to mention, Chicago, Louisville, Clearwater, FL, Milwaukee and Madison, WI) as well as the many spectacular places we were fortunate enough to have visited. We have a deep appreciation for diversity in culture, place, architecture and lifestyle. Sheila officially became a Realtor in 2014 and joined Allen Tate in 2017. She has always had a passion for houses, especially historic ones. We moved from Huntersville to Statesville in 2008. We were drawn to the large inventory of historic homes (ours was built in 1888) and have bought and restored several others. We love living here and have found Lake Norman and especially Statesville to be a vibrant, friendly and exciting community. The historic neighborhoods and revitalized downtown offer many opportunities. Todd became a Realtor in 2016 focused on commercial property and portfolio sales. He joined Allen Tate in 2018 to be part of the Lange Homes team after a 30 year career in Sales and Consulting Services with MCI and IBM. Together we've experienced first hand the explosion of growth in population, activities, neighborhoods, communities and the trends that impact the residential real estate market and your home. We are involved in and know our communities. Todd is a former Vice Chairman of the Town of Huntersville Planning Board, former Huntersville Representative on the Charlotte Transportation Advisory Group (CTAG), former City of Statesville Historic Preservation Committee Member, current Chairman of The City of Statesville Planning Board and a member of the 2045 Statesville Land Use Planning Committee.
