Introducing Kimille AbbeyI was born and raised in Minnetonka, Minnesota until the age of 10. I grew up on a lake so I had the best of both worlds as a child...water skiing, boating and swimming in the summer and ice skating, sledding and snowmobiling in the winter. My parents decided they were tired of the cold and moved the family to Naples, Florida. As I remember saying to my parents this is quite a change going from blizzards to beaches. As it was time to decide on college I wanted to head to the beautiful mountains of North Carolina where I attended Western Carolina University. I received a degree in communication disorders which is just fancy words for a speech pathologist. After getting my bachelor's degree I wanted to continue on and get my masters degree in audiology at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. I found it so rewarding to help people hear. So I am continuing that passion for helping others in real estate. You will always see HGTV on at our house! My husband and I have bought and sold several fixer upper homes, some that we lived in while renovating and others we renovated which are now rental homes. So I am very familiar with the process.I was lucky to meet my amazing husband in college and move to Charlotte in 1994 where we have been raising our four daughters. Our older daughter graduated from Clemson and is working and living in Boston. Our second daughter is in college at Clemson University...Go Tigers! Our middle daughter is a senior at Ardrey Kell High School and our youngest daughter is a freshman at Ardrey Kell High School. As my husband says to me if you can raise 4 daughters you can do anything! As a mother and real estate agent I understand the need for patience, trust, honesty, confidentiality, loyalty, care, obedience and making the selling and buying experience fun. When not working I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends in the mountains on the new river, at the beach, watching the Carolina Panthers and Clemson
