I know what it means to pack up and move, and to restart life in a brand new place. I have been doing it all my life. I grew up as an Army brat. Born in Nurnberg, I spent my early childhood relocating throughout Germany - Crailsheim, Wertheim, Augsburg and Heidelberg, moving to a new home every year or two. Just as I was finishing Middle School, my dad was reassigned to the U.S., and so I had to start all over again. As a young adult, I attended the College of Charleston in South Carolina, and afterwards began my career in Atlanta, Georgia. Just a couple of years later, I married, and more moves followedOrlando, FL, Rock Hill, SC, Dallas, TX, and then back to the Carolinas, a place that has always felt like HOME. Our family resides in Mint Hill, where we enjoy a less hectic pace, friendly neighbors, walking distance to dining and grocery stores, and still being in close proximity to all that Charlotte has to offer. We love our church home in Matthews, and fill our weekends with either cross country meets or dance competitions, depending on the season. For me, real estate is not simply about selling houses or completing a transaction; it is about easing the complexities and trauma of moving. It's about building into the lives of others, and finding out what makes a house become 'home.' I understand deeply the loss of leaving one home, and the anxiety of establishing a new one, and I take into account the whole experience of transitioning from one place to another. It's about nurturing relationships, and walking alongside individuals, couples and families as they make one of the biggest decisions of their life. I enjoy people, and love relationships.
