How I began my real estate career: I started my real estate career in 2001 with Keller Williams in Dallas, Texas, dealing primarily with residential real estate north of Dallas in the areas surrounding Preston Wood and Preston Trail Country Clubs.
In 2003, after we moved back to Miami, I began working with Beachfront Realty in Miami, Florida, specializing in private residences north of downtown Miami and condos on Miami Beach.
We launched Havmoeller by Allen Tate Realtors as a real estate advisory firm for The Palisades Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas in 2011. Havmoeller by Allen Tate has grown leaps and bounds ever since we launched the business in 2011. In 2021, our total sales/production was enough to be ranked in the top 1.5% of The United States. We recently added a buyer's specialist realtor to support me in handling leads we are generating through our sixteen lead-generation websites.
We launched Team Havmoeller by Allen Tate in 2023. By the end of 2023, we expect to surpass $250,000,000, or a quarter of a billion dollars, in total production since 2011.
We continue to specialize in listing existing homes, assisting buyers of new construction homes, and buying homes for our clients in The Palisades, Lake Wylie Waterfront, Regency at Palisades, Chapel Cove, The Sanctuary, Montreux, and North Reach. Still, we also often get hired to help buyers of new construction homes or existing listings in many other parts of greater Charlotte and as far north as Huntersville and many neighborhoods in South Carolina.
Most of our buyers come from multiple states, including California, Texas, Arizona, New York, New England, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, Virginia, and Washington DC.
