From taking the loan application, processing the documents, closing the loan and maintaining the servicing of the Mortgage and Escrow Accounts. Becoming a Realtor was always in the back of her mind, but she wanted to raise her two girls before making such a huge commitment to her future clients. Being available and responsive are mandatory when working with buyers and sellers. She realized that she would be putting in long hours to find that perfect home for her buyers, whether first time buyers or veterans in the purchase process. Spending countless time with the marketing process and negotiations for her sellers from listing to close, and maintaining those close relationships through the years.
