Business Philosophy
Selling real estate on Cape Ann satisfies both of Kim’s passions for this beautiful area and for helping people reach their goals. As real estate is often a very personal and emotional process, Kim likes to begin her relationship with each client as an empathetic listener. She encourages them to “Follow their Dream” and she uses her skills, market knowledge, and persistence to help her clients realize that dream vision of their new home.
