Luxury Portfolio International® Recognizes Member Brokerages Named to RealTrends + Tom Ferry 2021 “The Thousand”

Annual ranking spotlights the top 1,000 real estate professionals and teams in the United States; Luxury Portfolio International Members were prominently recognized

CHICAGO, IL, July 27, 2021 – Nearly half of the nation’s top 25 real estate sales professionals and teams, based on 2020 sales volume and transaction sides, are affiliated with Luxury Portfolio International® (LPI).  That’s according to a recent report by RealTrends and Tom Ferry International coaching.    

The complete “The Thousand” ranking designates its honorees as the top .07% of more than 1.4 million licensed Realtors® nationwide.

Now in its 16th year, “The Thousand” is divided into 10 categories, each listing the subsequent designees: Individual by Volume, Individual by Transaction Sides, Small Team by Volume, Small Team by Transaction Sides, Medium Team by Volume, Medium Team by Transaction Sides, Large Team by Volume, Large Team by Transaction Sides, Mega Team by Volume, and Mega Team by Transaction Sides.

Within the report, 37 Luxury Portfolio International® Member brokerages are listed among the top 250 of the respective categories -- 12 of which took spots in the top 25.  Several held commanding leads: Riskin Partners Estate Group of Village Properties attained the second spot in the “Individual by Transaction Sides” category, followed by the Jim McCann Group with Premier Estate Properties at No. 3.  In the “Medium Team by Transaction Sides” category, Long & Foster’s The Yeatman Group took second place.

In total, 87 awards were extended to agents and teams affiliated with LPI, which is the luxury arm of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, the largest global network of premier locally branded firms.
