The home must be double-glazed and offer flexible living arrangements, with a floor area well over 450 sqm² to accommodate my growing family. A fully self-contained wing for extended family is essential, and it would be ideal if there was a separate space that could serve as guest quarters if and when needed. We enjoy entertaining, so the property must have private outdoor entertaining areas suitable for large family gatherings. A pool, preferably heated for year-round use, is also desired. We're looking for a sunny, elevated home with lush green rural views from the living spaces. A large kitchen and scullery, open-plan living and dining areas, and a lift if the home has multiple levels are all important features. We prefer a manageable land size of around 4 acres, with easy-care grounds. Good garaging for 3 cars and ample off-street parking are essential. Proximity to Whitford village, Whitford Golf Course, main arterial routes, Botany, and Howick would be a significant advantage.
