Royal Shell Real Estate began more than 40 years ago. What began with one man with one truck is now the global transportation company, R+L Carriers, Inc. While R+L Carriers grew, so did the need to expand its real estate network. In 1998, RLR Investments, LLC was formed as a real estate investment company to hold both operational and investment real estate assets. Royal Shell Real Estate was formed in 2005. It has a strong reputation of providing legendary service and continues to grow while many brokerages are retreating. Royal Shell Real Estate has expanded to Fort Myers/Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Naples and Ocala. In 2012 Royal Shell Real Estate acquired Landmark Realty Group and opened in Cashiers and Highlands in North Carolina.
