Frank grew up in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn and attended St. Joseph’s College, graduating with a BA in English. With family members scattered in towns like Miller Place, Oceanside, and Malverne, Frank, his wife, and three lovely children decided to move to Long Island to raise their family. Settling down in Rockville Centre, Frank and his wife sent their children to Rockville Centre’s elementary, middle, and high schools.
