I was born in Cleveland, Ohio, where my parents taught me the need for manners, respect, a sincere concern and empathy for others, for having an honest and strong work ethic, placing others' interests before my own when applicable, such as when acting as a Seller's or Buyer's Agent, and the value and respect of being on time. I first went to college at Kent State University, and then returned to Cleveland to continue my education at Cuyahoga College. I decided to become a professional pilot, so I packed my belongings, said goodbye to my parents and friends, and drove to Daytona Beach, Florida with unbelievable excitement and visions of my future in aviation. At Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, I completed the professional pilot program. Then, I moved to New Jersey for my first aviation position at the Teterboro Airport pilot training center. In that position, I trained a variety of individuals: television actors from New York City, local school teachers and college professors, stock brokers, truck drivers, corporate middle and upper management individuals, two NYC politicians, and a few international television and movie actors.
