Rachael Brown

Originally from Boston, I hold a Bachelor’s Degree from Boston University’s Wheelock College and a Master’s Degree from Tufts University. I’ve lived in the Mt. Washington Valley since 1995 when my late husband and I moved here. For many years, I was a licensed car dealer and had Hertz and Penske rentals at the Glen Warehouse, which I managed. When I decided I wanted a change, real estate seemed a natural choice. I was thrilled to join Badger Peabody & Smith Realty (formerly Badger Realty) in January 2021–and to be working with my good friend, Kathleen Sullivan Head, who sold me my house in Glen.

I’m looking forward to applying my sales, communication, management and writing skills to my new career–and to sharing my love of the area with buyers. When I’m not working, you can find me outdoors–snowshoeing, cross country and downhill skiing in winter, and golf, sailing, kayaking and swimming in summer. I also love working out, playing racquetball and hanging out at home with my talking African Grey parrot!

In the community, I love volunteering, currently I am a Member of Memorial Hospital’s Patient and Family Advisory Council, Golf Tournament Committee, and Care Transitions Team, as well the Steering Committee for the Bartlett Historical Society. In real estate, my goal is always to take the stress out of buying or selling for my clients.
