TRUCKEE'S ROCK ROSE 

On twenty acres in the town of Truckee in a private, gated subdivision of ten fourteen-twenty acre parcels. Five homes are built or under construction. Power and telephone are underground with reliable service from main feed for Town of Truckee. AT&T DSL Broadband serves internet requirements.
