"The Lighthouse". This beautiful deep water home on Polowana Island is a replica of The Boca Grande Lighthouse on Gasparilla Island, Florida. The owner's love for lighthouses is evident in this one of a kind home. Construction, cabinets and exterior and interior lighting are based on circa 1890 lighthouses. Climb the circular stairway and exit through the "lantern room", with it's operational third order fresnel lens light (from an 1890s operational lighthouse that was being dismantled), onto the tower's 360 degree widow walk and take in the expansive views across Jenkins Creek. This private 1.45 acre double lot has lush landscaping and plenty of room for a guest house.
