CRAWFORD WARD ROW HOMES 

These row houses have been designed to reflect the look of the wonderful old row houses in the National Historic District of Savannah. They were two and a half years in design and construction. Each row house features a courtyard and a rentable finished carriage house aptartment over a detached two-car garage with a lane entrance for a total of 3,200 square feet.

There are four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a powder room. The homes feature iron exterior railings, balconies with French doors, bay windows on the front and back of the house, three fireplaces, a working gas lamp, and heart-of-pine flooring on the parlor and master levels. The row houses are in Crawford Ward of the Historic District. Crawford Ward includes Colonial Cemetery and is inside the area where the old city fortifications were during the Revolutionary War. Just steps away from historic Crawford Square and within walking distance of downtown and the Savannah River.

Energy efficient features were purposefully included in the design of the house as well. This is a new house which has all the charm and design of an old house along with the conveniences and efficiencies of a new house.
