A LOVELY UNSPOILT HORSE FARM 

Horse Farm of 7.2 ha (additional six ha available), within an estate of over 40 ha, totally unexploited and unspoilt. Located less than 5km from the sea and less than 20 minutes from Olbia International Airport. Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo are at less than 20 km. And the new Polo field of Costa Smeralda is less than 5 min away. While Sardinia is well known for its exceptional sea and for the “jet set” that comes here during the summer months, very few people have had the opportunity to also appreciate the wild beauty of its countryside, the peace and quiet of the off seasons, the warm hospitality of its inhabitants and last but not least the closeness to the major European Capitals. Created in 2003 by the current owners to pursue their interests for the sports, nature and the outdoors, this horse farm was conceived with all the facilities and comforts necessary to:

• Practice various sports: riding, tennis, swimming
• Have a relaxing environment with all the required facilities and amenities such as a spa, paths and walkways, nice panoramic spots to rest, read, or meditate
• Have sufficient rooms to accommodate family, friends and guests in proximity but with the possibility for each and all to enjoy their privacy.

• Wonderful walking paths with several sites for picnics or just looking at the scenery or the incredible granite rocks that naturally decorate the landscape
• A room for various leisure activities used by the current owners as an atelier for sculpting and exhibiting artwork but also as a private gym.

The building materials, the finishing and the equipment of the estate are designed and to the highest of standards. Each of the ten bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and the property is equipped with wireless internet connections, VOIP telecommunication system, and satellite TV in each building (one per each of the six separate apartments). This farm is an exclusive property in a very privileged location benefiting from the proximity of the Costa Smeralda yet ensuring ultimate privacy and the possibility to enjoy the beauty of Sardinia throughout the year.

Its facilities can accommodate up to twenty people in ten double bedrooms with six individual and self sufficient apartments in three separate buildings.
