LOVELY VILLA LOCATED IN CORNIGLIO

This Villa is located in Corniglio perched on the Parmesan Mountains close to the beautiful National Park of the Hundred Lakes and the centre of the village, just below Corniglio’s Castle, today the Municipality and far from the main roads, therefore very quiet. The house was built in the 1960s and enlarged in the 1970s – 1980s by the renowned parmesan arch. Set within its own spacious plot of around 3.000 m2, it is surrounded by a 500 m2 garden and completed with a porch hosting an outdoor wood burning oven and space enough to park three vehicles. Within the plot are also to be found over fifty fruit trees and farmland. The house in built in four levels and covering approximately 800 m2. The top two are finished while the ground and the first floor can still be personalized. A space for the lift has been thought of. There is a cell and a central heating room.
