THE BLUE STONE RIDGE RANCH  

The Blue Stone Ridge Ranch encompasses 1,700 +/- acres just two miles south of the small western Colorado town of Debeque, in the heart of Colorado’s oil and gas country. Its land ranges from productive hay meadows that sweep up into the foothills, with spectacular sunsets and beautiful views across its canyons to the distant mesas. The ranch currently has multiple productive hay meadows with a center pivot on the west end of the property and multiple side rolls on the east.
