The living room and dining room are in open floor plan with plenty of windows and a slider to the furnished ocean deck. The kitchen is just off the dining room and is fully equipped. Solid mahogany cabinets, granite kitchen counter tops, stainless appliances and even a bar of sorts in the kitchen. Happy hour out on the deck or on the upper terrace is a great finish to any day.

There are two bedrooms, one on the lower level and one on the upper level. Each has one king size bed, private bathroom, and a beautiful view of the Caribbean. The upper level bedroom opens to the upper level terrace and the lower level bedroom, to the ocean deck.

Tulum beach restaurants, beach bars and services are just 6 kilometers north, so even though you have your private paradise in Casa de los Pelicanos, you can mingle with others enjoying the beach in just a few minutes. Nearby Tulum Pueblo has major shopping, banks, more restaurants and bars, night clubs, everything you might need.
