BOARA PISANI 

The real estate located in Boara Pisani, at 1.5 kilometers from Rovigo, on the river Adige, dates back to middle 1700. It sites on the threshold of “Polesine area” few meters far from the motorway exit of Boara Pisani on the Venice-Bologna motorway and it enjoys the closeness of the thermal place of Abano and Montegrotto, of the sea of Adria and Chioggia, as well as the beaches of Ferrara. We are not far from the towns of Ferrara, Bologna and Padova.

The real house consists of a central body and two lateral wings added at the end of 1800, on two floors with a very high loft the main body and the right wing for circa 500 square meters. The internal distribution of the space is the typical of the venetian houses, that is central lounge and bedrooms on the sides, at the end of the house are located the bathrooms, which are two at the ground floor and four on the first floor. In front of the house there is a big farm-yard in porphyry and garden, which borders with an agricultural land actually cultivated at hay and maize.

The entrance from the main gate show a plane-tree way and on the left side there’s an additional building of circa 750 square meters, a part of which is for the dwelling of the caretaker (square meters 120), then arcade, canteen and lofts on two floors.

On the back of the main building the Municipality recently granted an increase of 700 square meters in the contest of the project of extension of historical centre. The field of the property sizes two hectares.
