The dining room features a masonry fireplace with custom marble mantle and surround, plaster walls with a delicate stencil pattern, Jean Royère inspired light fixtures and custom butler’s pantry made from cerused oak and produced by NY furniture maker Atelier Viollet.

Kitchen features commercial grade appliances with Siematic cabinetry, Thermador six-burner convection oven, Gaggenau steam oven, Gaggenau steamer, two SubZero refrigerators, two SubZero freezer drawers, six SubZero refrigerator drawers, warming drawer, two Miele dishwashers, in-wall Miele coffee maker, Dacor microwave, dual-zone SubZero wine refrigerator, Scotsman ice maker, built in TV and extensive storage.
