 Tampa, Florida – Smith & Associates Real Estate, today announced the launch of their newly designed website, www.smithandassociates.com.  Visitors to the new Smith & Associates website will find that this new website will provide a comprehensive and sophisticated means of allowing buyers and sellers search capabilities not seen anywhere else in our market, as well as a heightened visibility using the most advanced tools on the web. Smith & Associates also has created “Be the First to Know” a program started a year ago that allows buyers & sellers to be automatically notified when a property that meets their criteria has come on the market or had a price reduction.  We also see this service as a great benefit to our sellers so that they have the ability to be informed as homes surrounding their home come on the market, have a price reduction or are put under contract.
