Harold is the recipient of nine San Diego ASID Chapter Presidential Citations and he has also received six Chapter Certificates of Appreciation. With over thirty years of experience along with a natural passion for interior design, perfection has become expected with each project. His work has been featured a number of times in San Diego Décor & Style Magazine, San Diego Magazine, San Diego Home & Garden Lifestyle as well as Dallas Magazine and Omaha Magazine, Better Homes and Gardens and Interiors.

Although Pell Interiors is located in San Diego, California, Harold has traveled the country extensively for his clients and their multiple projects. His understanding of colors and materials, blended with his skill and experience, makes each project individually customized to the needs and desires of each of his clients.
