Vail’s first custom real estate iPhone™ app launches
Posted 12/20/2010Vail, CO, December 20, 2010 - Vail Valley-based brokerage Slifer Smith & Frampton (SSF) recently launched the Vail Valley’s first iPhone app to help keep real estate consumers informed about the market. The app features a GPS property search for users to locate nearby available properties or as well as a traditional home search. With the tap of a finger viewers can retrieve new listings, properties with recent price reductions and recent sales.
This custom real estate app is the wave of the future in real estate services, catering to the new generation buyer and their tech savvy approach to research. SSF constantly strives to exceed the expectations of buyers and sellers by exploring and implementing the most innovative tools. The app complements a suite of technology products available from SSF with a mobile based site that works on any smartphone as well as the most visited real estate website in the Vail Valley, www.VailRealEstate.com.
Since launching recently, the app has been downloaded over 500 times and has received great reviews. The new app, Vail Real Estate Search, is now available for free in the iTunes App Store.
