A former manager for beach operations at another Realtor firm, Larry Williams will now serve as Smith & Associates’ Branch Operations Manager at its office located at

in St. Petersburg . With over 22 years of combined experience in real estate and other related industries, Larry Williams has a proven track record of success and is a true visionary. He has successfully managed multiple real estate offices since 1995 throughout Pinellas County and prior to that was a consistent multi-million producer – marketing both residential and commercial properties. Williams’ passion is “helping to make a difference each day with the people I work with.” A native of Mississippi, Williams and his family are residents of Treasure Island .

Cheri Dukett will be manager in charge of day-to-day operations for Smith & Associates Title. A 13-year title veteran, Dukett has vast experience in processing, closing and managing. She also was president and owner of a title firm in the Tampa Bay area. Her knowledge of the title industry and aptitude for closing deals and problem solving make Cheri a true asset to Smith & Associates Title and its customers.
