The award was presented to Shorewest, Realtors at a May 2 awards ceremony at the Wisconsin Exposition Center in West Allis.

Shorewest was recognized as the first real estate company to launch its own 24-hour television channel. The channel, Shorewest TV, allows interested buyers to monitor the homes for sale in southeastern Wisconsin. The channel features exterior and interior photographs and detailed descriptions of the properties as well as agent and community information.
