R & B Singer Ne-Yo Purchases Home in Alpharetta
Posted 08/05/2011ATLANTA, GEORGIA - Music producer and top recording artist, Ne-Yo and his fiancé, who are expecting their second child, are the newest residents of a prominent Alpharetta Golf Community. The couple recently closed on the European-style home listed by Harry Norman, REALTORS Alex McGraw and Annemarie Russo.
“The four finished levels with elevator, exercise room and sauna, gourmet kitchen and a luxurious master suite with spa bath provide plenty of space for this growing family,” stated McGraw.
The home’s 15,000 square-feet were essential to the artist’s plans to add a movie theater, a sound/dance studio and rebuilding a large storage closet to house Ne-Yo's considerable shoes and clothing collection.
“The couple initially chose the home, originally-priced $3.3 million, for its secure and private location, but fell in love with the Pebble Tec pool, waterfall and grotto-style hot tub. With multiple patios and decks, the outdoor living area was made for entertaining,” said Russo.
McGraw and Russo, top sales associates with the Harry Norman, Realtors North Fulton office, have successfully completed over $9 million in combined sales year-to-date.
