Luxury Portfolio Fine Property Collection® Tops The Wall Street Journal and REALTrends’ List of Top-Producing Sales Professionals in “The Real Estate Top 200”
Posted 01/11/2007Luxury Portfolio members have three of the top five agents and teams by sales volume. Luxury Portfolio Fine Property Collection’s accomplished affiliates ranked among the top real estate agents in the country, according to “The Real Estate Top 200,” The Wall Street Journal and REALTrends’ national award presentation. Luxury Portfolio had more members named to the list than Christie’s, Sotheby’s members combined.
“In their first year, Luxury Portfolio has displayed a strong showing on this list of powerful producers,” said Anne Randolph, publisher of lore magazine, which helped to compile data for the award. “Since its inception, Luxury Portfolio has quickly become a reputable and leading force in luxury real estate marketing.”
“The Real Estate Top 200” honored the top 50 residential real estate agents and teams in four categories: individual agent by sales volume, individual agent by transaction sides, agent team by sales volume and agent team by transaction sides. Luxury Portfolio had more top-producing sales professionals than any other luxury real estate organization, with nearly 25 percent of the top 50 agents and top 50 teams by sales volume combined.
“Our top-producing professionals have validated, yet again, Luxury Portfolio’s strength in marketing luxury properties,” said Paul Boomsma, executive vice president of Luxury Portfolio. “Leading the nation by sales volume with three of the top five agents and three of the top five teams in the Top 200, Luxury Portfolio truly represents the best of the best.”
“The Real Estate Top 200” was compiled and analyzed by REALTrends. The winners were chosen from nearly 2,000 submissions from real estate professionals representing hundreds of markets nationwide. The rankings were announced at November’s National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) Annual Conference and Expo.
