Keyes Real Estate Pro Sells $5.25 Million Home in West Broward

WESTON, Fla. – The highest sales price on a home in Western Broward County in the last two years was recently achieved by top-producing professional Realtor Jean Kachik of the Keyes Weston Branch.  The home sold at a record-breaking $5.25 million.  Kachik attributes the sale to the innovative marketing measures she took to expand the property’s exposure to both national and international buyers.
 
 “In order to sell this home, I targeted high-end buyers such as athletes, celebrities and very successful business professionals internationally,” noted Kachik, who has been with Keyes for the past 27 years and is currently vice president of the Keyes Company.   “Even though we are experiencing a real estate downturn in the U.S., the South Florida market in particular remains very attractive to buyers outside our country.

 “Because the property, with 9,457 square feet of living area on almost four acres, is extremely high-end, I used advertising techniques that reflected the homes’ elegance and luxury,” she continued.  “For instance, full-color brochures, internet advertising, and direct mail, along with promotional pieces in magazines like Weston Lifestyle and Our City of Weston, helped create visibility among my target market.”

 In addition, Kachik ensured that the home, located in Sunshine Ranches in western Broward County, was ready for touring any day, any time.   Her diligence helped her find a buyer from Venezuela in an ambitious time-frame:  the two-story, six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bath home was completed last February and sold in June.  The home is reminiscent of Country French architecture and features a fully equipped theater, Versace style library, billiard/game room, bar and lounge area, exercise room, four-car garage, swimming pool, décor lighting and a 350-foot tree-lined driveway.  The home sold for $5,250,000.

 The home is another addition to Kachik’s long list of luxury properties that she has sold throughout her career in real estate.  Kachik has achieved over $300 million in cumulative sales over the past 20 years.  In 2006, Kachik achieved the Keyes Company’s Chairman’s Circle designation in honor of her more than $14 million in sales last year and $32 million in 2005. She continues boosting her production by achieving over $20 million in sales volume in the first two quarters of 2007.

 In addition to her successful career in real estate, Kachik finds time to give back to the community through her involvement in Kids in Distress.  She also makes her family a priority, and enjoys spending time with her three grandchildren.
