Top brokerage raises bar in its approach to real estate

CUPERTINO, Calif. (March 16, 2007)—Intero Real Estate Services, Inc. announced today it has opened its store-front concept location at Santana Row in the heart of Silicon Valley . Real estate veteran Jeanne Spranzo, the former assistant manager of the Intero Los Gatos location, will lead the Intero Santana Row office as vice president and managing officer.  
 

The idea for Intero Santana Row, which was the brainchild of Intero’s Los Gatos vice president and managing officer Brian Crane, came out of a desire to meet the needs of today’s Silicon Valley home buyer and seller, as well as today’s Silicon Valley REALTOR®. Intero Santana Row will bring “high-tech tools” and “high-touch customer service” together under one roof.  Using tablet PC’s and web based transaction management tools Intero will be the first to master the “paperless” real estate transaction.
